What’s Included
All meals, accommodations, workshops, and music experiences
For those experiencing financial hardship, if registered early, we might be able to offer a work scholarship or an installment plan, particularly for those students who attend every year. Please notify us in advance by email at voxmundi@yahoo.com so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
Payment will be refunded in full, minus a $50 administration fee, three months before the event starts. There will be no refunds if cancellation is requested after July 1st, 2026, unless an emergency is involved. This is provided that the faculty, the creative team, and the organizational budget have already been assigned and set. The registration balance must be paid by July 1st. We appreciate your understanding.
